Nintendo sending out Legend of Zelda Tri Force Heroes demo codes to select players

Specially selected heroes are being recruited for a temporary demo journey into a small sliver of depths within Nintendo’s upcoming 3DS title The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes.

Zelda Tri-Force Heroes Demo

If you are among the lucky participants to be selected, just know that there is currently no single-player level available in the demo, and the kicker: you can only play with friends online during the specified times above (this coming Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Please note that local multiplayer is available if you choose to give your codes to local 3DS owners.

Bored waiting for the online time slots? Well, it’s not much, but you can use Link’s dash to smash into the walls and cause a musical ball to drop down (and the occasional rupee to go along with that). Attack the ball with a simple sword slash and watch it fly high as it plays a Zelda-themed musical medley… but keep juggling it with your sword, otherwise the song will stop. It will also keep a counter of how many times you’ve juggled the music ball, and presumably, the more hits you get, the more you’ll be rewarded with rupees.

Then attack the ball to send it flying; keep juggling it!
We have too much time on our hands, I think…

Please be looking out for our Triple-Threat review of the Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes, after our authors all participate in the online time slots, and each give their opinions on the demo! Soon to come.
